1、 Product parameters
（1） Material
High strength corrugated paper is used as the main raw material, with common three-layer, five layer, and seven layer corrugated structures. Three layers of corrugated paper are composed of one layer of corrugated core paper sandwiched between two layers of surface paper, suitable for packaging lightweight products; Five layer corrugated paper adds one layer of corrugated core paper and one layer of medium paper on the basis of three layers, which has higher strength and is suitable for medium weight products; Seven layer corrugated paper has extremely strong strength and is commonly used for packaging and transportation of heavy-duty products. Face paper and liner paper can be made of kraft paper, box board paper, etc., which have good durability and stiffness.
（2） Specification and size

The specific size error is controlled within ± 1mm to ensure high compatibility with the product.
（3） Corrugated type
We offer a variety of corrugated types to choose from, including A, B, C, E, and more. A corrugated wall is high and wide, with good cushioning performance, suitable for packaging fragile items; B corrugated is dense and has good stiffness, suitable for packaging heavy and flat products; The performance of C-rib is between A-rib and B-rib, and it is widely used; The E-shaped corrugated is fine and has a smooth surface, suitable for printing exquisite packaging.
（4） Durability strength
According to different materials and structures, the burst strength varies. The burst strength of three-layer corrugated cardboard boxes is generally between 800kPa-1200kPa, the burst strength of five layer corrugated cardboard boxes is between 1500kPa-2500kPa, and the burst strength of seven layer corrugated cardboard boxes can reach over 3000kPa, effectively resisting compression and collision during transportation.
（5） Compressive strength
Compressive strength is an important performance indicator for cardboard boxes. The compressive strength of three-layer corrugated cardboard boxes is usually between 500N-1500N, five layer corrugated cardboard boxes are between 2000N-4000N, and seven layer corrugated cardboard boxes are above 5000N, which can ensure stability during stacking and storage.
（6） Printing parameters
Printing method: Adopt offset printing, flexographic printing or gravure printing, and choose according to the customer's requirements for printing accuracy and cost.
Printing color: It can achieve monochrome, two-color, three color, four-color, and multi-color printing, with high color reproduction and meeting customer design requirements.
Printing accuracy: The patterns and text are clear, the printing is accurate, and the error does not exceed 0.1mm.
2、 Production process
（1） Design layout
Based on the product information, packaging requirements, and design drafts provided by the customer, professional designers will carry out layout design. Consider the structure, size, printing content, and die-cutting position of the
cardboard box to ensure a reasonable design that meets packaging and transportation needs. At the same time, digital sampling is carried out for customer confirmation. After confirming that there are no errors, the next step of the process is carried out.
（2） Raw paper cutting
Cut the selected base paper such as face paper, inner paper, corrugated core paper, etc. according to the design size. Using high-precision cutting equipment to ensure accurate cutting dimensions and neat edges, preparing for subsequent processes.
（3） Corrugated Forming
For paper that needs to be corrugated, the corrugated core paper is fed into a corrugated machine for heating and corrugating treatment to form the desired corrugated shape (such as A corrugation, B corrugation, etc.). At the same time, apply adhesive to the corrugated peaks and bond them with surface paper, inner paper, or medium paper to form three-layer, five layer, or seven layer corrugated cardboard.
（4） Printing process
Send the formed corrugated cardboard into the printing machine for printing. Adjust the parameters of the printing machine, such as pressure, speed, ink volume, etc., according to different printing methods to ensure printing quality. After printing is completed, dry the ink to quickly solidify and avoid smudging.
（5） Die cutting indentation
According to the design requirements, make die-cutting plates. Put the printed corrugated cardboard into the die-cutting machine and perform die-cutting and indentation treatment on the cardboard through the die-cutting plate. Die cutting can cut cardboard into the desired shape, while creasing can make the cardboard more neat and firm when folded, ensuring the quality of the cardboard box.
（6） Adhesive box/nail box
For cardboard boxes that require bonding, fold the die cut and pressed cardboard, apply adhesive at the joints, and apply pressure to firmly bond them together, forming the cardboard box. For cardboard boxes using nail box technology, use a nail box machine to fix the joints of the cardboard boxes with metal nails to ensure the strength of the cardboard boxes.
（7） Quality inspection
Conduct comprehensive quality inspection on the completed cardboard boxes, including dimensional deviation, burst strength, compressive strength, printing quality, bonding or nailing quality, etc. Qualified products are counted and packaged, while unqualified products are reworked or scrapped to ensure that the quality of the cardboard boxes leaving the factory meets standards and customer requirements.
（8） Storage and transportation
Store the inspected cardboard boxes in the warehouse and ship them according to the customer's order requirements. During storage and transportation, pay attention to moisture prevention, sun protection, and pressure resistance to avoid damage to cardboard boxes and ensure that products are delivered to customers in good condition.
